The Retractable Roof Tarpaulin System is a precision-engineered sliding roof solution designed to provide complete overhead coverage for platform, curtain-sider, and open-top trailer bodies suitable for harsh weather conditions.

By enabling the entire roof tarpaulin to be slid fore or aft along a rectangular profile rail, the system allows rapid full-length access to the cargo area from above, facilitating crane loading, top-fill operations, and overhead pick-and-place logistics without any need to disturb side curtains or remove loose covers.

The system is built around a frame of roof bow carriages riding on precision vertical guide rollers, which deliver smooth, low-effort operation across the full length of the trailer body.

The tarpaulin is fabricated from MEHLER Texnologies POLYMAR® PVC-coated polyester tarpaulin compliant with IS 14597 standards, one of the most trusted technical textile brands in the commercial vehicle industry, ensuring exceptional durability, weather resistance, and long service life under continuous high-cycle conditions.
