Our Automatic Retractable Tarpaulin System (ARTS) is a durable and efficient solution for tipper trailers designed to improve safety, speed, and compliance during loading and unloading. It operates through a motor-driven mechanism that allows the tarpaulin to be opened and closed at the press of a button, eliminating manual handling and reducing the need for workers to climb onto the vehicle. The system uses dual electric motors mounted on both sides of the truck body, driving a pulley and wire rope arrangement connected to a rear carriage post for smooth operation. The system uses high-quality MEHLER Texnologies PVC-coated tarpaulin compliant with IS 14597 standards, offering high durability, UV resistance, and weather protection, along with superior print quality for branding.
