Automatic Retractable Tarpaulin System (ARTS) (for Tipper Trailer)

Automatic Retractable Tarpaulin System (ARTS) (for Tipper Trailer)

Our Automatic Retractable Tarpaulin System (ARTS) is a durable and efficient solution for tipper trailers designed to improve safety, speed, and compliance during loading and unloading. It operates through a motor-driven mechanism that allows the tarpaulin to be opened and closed at the press of a button, eliminating manual handling and reducing the need for workers to climb onto the vehicle. This enhances operational safety, saves time, and helps prevent cargo spillage and regulatory fines, making it ideal for construction, mining, and agricultural transport fleets.

The system uses dual electric motors mounted on both sides of the truck body, driving a pulley and wire rope arrangement connected to a rear carriage post for smooth operation. A rear locking flap ensures complete sealing of the load from all sides, preventing material loss due to movement or weather and improving aerodynamic efficiency for better fuel economy.

The system uses high-quality MEHLER Texnologies PVC-coated tarpaulin compliant with IS 14597 standards, offering high durability, UV resistance, and weather protection, along with superior print quality for branding. The material also includes acrylic lacquer coating and antimicrobial protection for long-term performance.

Key Highlights:
